At the age of 25 I had my first daughter. I had the desire to work at home with her on my hip. That was my dream way back then. Now my daughter is 11 and a sister and 2 brothers later, I have had all my kids on my hip while working at home and absolutely loving it.

Why Affiliate Marketing?

I started out (and currently still sell) making candle and soap silicone molds. I enjoy doing silicone molds, but designing, fulfilling customer orders and keeping my site updated take a lot of time. Also, selling silicone molds has its seasonal highs and lows. I was looking for a passive income route that was fairly stable.

I feel that affiliate marketing can give it to me. It doesn’t take a hugemongous amount of start up cash to get a blog going, start writing and find affiliate programs. BUT it does take a lot of perseverence, determination, a good support group to keep you motivated, goals and lots of start up time.

Confession

I am your average, don’t know a lot about websites, don’t know a lot about Internet mechanics type of gal. I do know this. I am looking for easy peasy affiliate marketing tools that work. I am all for working smarter than harder. You can usually find me at my coffee table working on my laptop with the baby trying to type out his own post. This is what I dreamed about and now I have it. All this from the comfort of my home, and pj’s.
